We are looking for Vice President (VP) Business Development for one of client which is leading IT Services & Consulting company in India

Designation:VP Business Development

Location- Pune

Key aspects of this role:

  • Creation marketing strategies that will support the companys overall vision and objectives, build the businesss brand among the businesss target audience
  • Leading and Strategizing the Inside Sales team- Email marketing, Calls, Conferences. 
  • Develop a marketing plan for the department and administer its implementation
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels
  • Create a network of strategic partnerships
  • Participate in sales campaigns and programs to help generate new prospects/opportunities. Utilize inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales
  • Work closely with the analytics team for measuring the marketing program and campaign results, formulating solutions, and adjusting these programs in order to reach objectives promptly.
To be the right fit, you'll need:

  • More than 15 years of experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
  • Proven record in building brand awareness and portray a deep understanding of marketing principles, sales and business development, and product and service management
  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing
  • Ability to lead and drive branding and marketing efforts in order to increase and build on the business/brands growth
  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital channels
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
