Position: Channel Sales Manager

Job Description:

Candidates who has work experience in Channel sales with product knowledge of Data Centre, Cloud, Managed Services, etc.

Main Priorities:

  • Cover all the accounts assigned, build relationship with decision makers to managing Key Accounts and Identify the opportunities for the new products/ services & enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue Maintaining and increasing business from existing Channel Partners.
  • On boarding / Acquisition of New Channel Partners.
  • Closure of the deals through Channel Partner.
  • Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
  • Ensure timely collections from the set of assigned accounts and maintain a healthy business
  • Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top class support.
  • Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors. Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements.

Skills/ Knowledge and Experience in:

Selling one or more products & services in the area of
  • Data Centre,
  • Hosting/Collocation Services,
  • Cloud Services, Managed (Enterprise IP) Voice,
  • Security solutions,
  • Managed infrastructure Services,
  • System integration services,
  • Connectivity or Network Solutions.
  • Candidates with Solution selling backgrounds selling IT Infrastructure, Managed
  • IT Services, Data Center Solutions, and System Integration etc. required.
  • Adept in handling C Level Transactions with CTOs/CIOs etc.
Note: Candidates working with Partner Company will be added advantage.
